Technical Manager

OPERATIONAL:

1. Studying the RFQ and RFP and preparing the technical proposals.
2. Studying customer requirements and creating solutions.
3. Develop and create the products and solutions.
4. Work with the sales team and attend meetings to meet customer needs.
5. Work with the operations and production teams on product development and requirements such as raw material specs and machines.
6. Work with the QA/QC manager on customer complaints and solve them.
7. Work with the QA/QC manager in the ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system as an internal auditor.
8. Study and support Techline teams in the International Standard for our products and Specs.
9. Prepare and design the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
10. Prepare and design the Manual installation for products
11. prepare coding products according to the spec.
12. Request and get the certifications for Techline products.
13. Approve and register the new products.
14. being up to date with new technologies with respect to FOC.
15. Experienced in fiber optic cable design and structured cable construction.
16. Having the know-how and experience with fiber optic network and optical passive components in terms of installation, testing and commissioning.

Educational Qualifications:

B.SC in Telecommunication Engineering or a similar filed.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years.

Computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
