Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on conducting, planning and implementing technical projects for the company. You’ll lead the technical team to secure our client's website, develop new software products and enhance the existing ones. You will lead your team to build, design, and develop applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with the management team to determine the clients goals and strategize a plan for new product release according to their needs and preferences and meet with your team to build a schedule and deadlines for the upcoming project. You will participate with the management team in the recruitment process of new possible developers by testing their technical skills and providing a clear insight of their skill level to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or similar fields.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of programming languages such as Javascript, PHP, Java, HTML.
- Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
- Proven project management experience and familiarity with one or more project management methodologies.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new products and features.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
- Lead and guide your IT team to achieve the best results possible.

- Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network technology, computer systems, and software development life cycle.
- Ability to manage projects and having strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
