الوصف الوظيفي
- prepare project’s time schedule after handing over from sales.
- review projects cost and contracts scope before transfer job from sales to operation.
- attend kick off meetings with clients and set responsibilities matrix.
- Cost and time control of the project
- Follow up material ordering/ delivery /invoicing.
- Follow up Testing & commissioning activities.
- Collection and payment follow up.
- Commercial closures after handing over.
المهارات
- BScs of electrical engineering
- 5-8 Years of experience in projects management in BMS in Similar companies or integrators i.e Honeywell, Siemens , Schneider or one of their system integrators
- Has solid knowledge in BMS & Low currents systems projects activities.
- Proven track of previous executed and finished BMS projects.
- High ability of cost & time control for project’s activities
- Proven track of teams leading and management
