Sales Manager – FMCG
The sales manager prepares and implements the sales & distribution strategy in the area of direct sales, in accordance with the company’s principles and approach;
· Develops the sales methodology and strategy for company products;
· Actively participates in seeking and building cooperation with new business partners;
· Actively participates in the preparation and implementation of new sales channels and methods;
· Monitors and coordinates the activities of factory outlets and other sales networks falling under the category of direct sales;
· Specifies the sales plan as to volumes, turnovers and budgets for the given line of business;
· Represents the company and its sales & distribution policy in relations with clients and the public;
· Is responsible for knowledge of the market in the given territory or industry;
· Ensures that Sales Targets agreed with the Company, respective Principals and Brands are achieved every month;
· Ensures that Profitability Target agreed with the Company is achieved
· Is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;

المهارات
- Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic preferred
- Minimum 3 years on a similar position in Sales Management within the FMCG industry
- Management skills with proven commercial acumen
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Knowledge of SAP
