About the Client:
Our client is one of the leading companies with cloud-based sales services that provide the ultimate sales force automation application, and they are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist to be based in Jordan.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Division:Sales Department
Job Purpose:
SaaS Sales Specialist responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Main Areas of Contribution and Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Role Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Software Sales Executive, Business Development, or Account Manager. Education
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Accreditation's, Licensing, and Professional Certificates
- Any Professional Certificates in the Sales industry. Language and Computer Skills
- Proficiency in English.
- Arabic Native Speaker.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
