الوصف الوظيفي

Job description:

1.Build up and implement internal policies, code of conduct, contract management and other legal issues;

2.Responsible for drafting, reviewing and modifying contracts and other legal documents;

3.Deal with general corporate matters;

4.Participate in all kinds of transactions and commercial negotiations, including M&A, capital market, investment, financing, company restructuring, etc.;

5.Fulfill with local and international compliance requirements, including AML, Anti-trust, GDPR, etc.;

6.Complete other tasks assigned by headquarter of the J&T Group;

المهارات

Job requirements:

1.Graduating from reputable law school;

2.Holding KSA law practice license;

3.PQE 3 years in legal, focusing on corporate and commercial affairs; experience at reputable law firm will be a plus;

4.Logistics related working experience is a plus;

5.Proficient in legal English; excellent communication skills;

6.Integrity, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work under pressure.
