Description
Leading a team of RM's to achieve the team targets through maximising acquisition/referral opportunities. Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local and foreign financial products.Provide ongoing portfolio supervision, with a continuous focus towards helping the client adapt to changes in personal circumstances and the financial environment.Ensure KYC compliance for all new to bank and existing customers.
Profile
8 – 10 + years of work experience in Banking, Finance and / or service industry. Prior People management experience. Proven track record on developing and managing high performing teams.Proven excellent stakeholder management.
