Key Responsibilities:
RUSSIAN SPEAKERS ONLY!
- Liaising with facilities` providers: Office maintenance company; IT-subcontractor; Telecommunication (corporate mobiles and office internet).
- Monitor and order office supplies (stationary, IT-equipment, monthly orders of coffee, tea, snacks, water).
- Obtaining quotes for different services if needed and managing completion of assignment.
- Drafting emails and taking dictation / minutes.
- Organizing staff business travels.
- Provide support to HR-manager with staff residence visas and documents of incorporation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, phone calls.
- Copy, scan and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of the Managers.

Essential characteristics:
RUSSIAN SPEAKERS ONLY!
- Languages: fluent Russian; excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong MS Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Acrobat reader).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to generate own correspondence (emails and letters).
- Ability to learn quickly, open to the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
- Proven experience in multi-tasking, managing schedules, arranging meetings.
- Have good communication skills for reporting to higher management.
- Adaptable with peers and third parties.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Positive attitude, bright and energetic personality.
- The candidate shall reside in UAE for an interview in Dubai.
- The candidate should be ready to start work immediately or in a very short timeframe.
