UI/UX Designer
Qistas is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join the Innovation Team. Qistas is the leading online reference for Arab legal content, combining the most comprehensive coverage with a state-of-the-art search engine and offering the serious legal professional an unmatched tool for legal inquiry and research, offering a challenging supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Build on existing user personas as the team develops new and exciting functionalities for the product.
- Design end-to-end flows and simple and elegant experiences across external and internal platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Understand and implement user testing and UX research to create data-driven solutions.
- Solve user problems using UX best practices and beautiful UI.
Qualification:
- A University Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia or a similar field
- At least one year of proven work experience with UI/UX design
- Solid English and Arabic reading and research skills.
- Portfolio of design projects.
Skills:
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc ).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Figma
