الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Prepare production Plans
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Expedite customer orders to satisfy customer order requirements
- Monitor and report production orders and report status to sales department
- Assess and analyse current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Achieve monthly and yearly production KPIs
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
- Estimation & Costing.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- 5 to 10 years’ experience as Production Planning & Control Engineer in Mechanical construction & Maintenance (Oil & Gas).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Primavera & MS projects
- Excellent communication skills
