Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle the branch opening by turning on the required lights and equipment, evaluating the branch's cleanliness resolving pending tasks and any outstanding tasks, and ensuring that all financial-related concerns are resolved.
  • Confirm all reservations for the day, especially receiving and verifying clients' reservations.
  • Work directly with the Social Media Officer to take the required actions with received messages.
  • Issue the Release of Liability for clients whenever needed.
  • Manage the cash registrations and issue the required bills.
  • Match all the bills issued with the copies received from the Game Masters at the closing time.
  • Check email for any duties that have been assigned.
  • Informe Game Masters/Actors of the selected games of the day.
  • Receive feedback from the clients related to their experience within the center.
  • Issue certificates for winning teams.
  • Assist the Social Media Officers by taking pictures for the teams.
  • Make sure all devices are charged before closing to be ready for the following day and make sure the lights are switched off.
  • Manage clients’ inquiries regarding birthday events specifically and follow up till the deal is closed.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager or the Operations Manager.

  • Listening and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
