Seeking young entrepreneurial sales & marketing professionals from the consumer goods industry who Should be hands-on with KPIs driving distribution across all channels mainly focusing on Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and wholesale channels. Your focus will be on building successful pricing, marketing, B2C, and distribution strategies. The incumbent will manage the relationship with Distributor and key accounts, address gaps, and identify new opportunities in the market. Forecast Sales by key customers, identify gaps, and propose action plans. A successful candidate for this role must understand the core business processes such as; sales management, distributor management, inventory management, and daily monitoring of the distributor's performance against defined KPIs.
المهارات
5+ Years of sales experience in the FMCG distribution business with good analytical skills and strong business acumen. Has hands-on experience working with key accounts, major wholesalers, Retailers, and regional distributors. Experience working in the Spices & Herbs category is a plus. Arabic speaking is a must-have for this role.
