• Teaching new employees about company policies, procedures and practices
• Developing training materials for new processes or procedures
• Assisting in developing policies and procedures for training and development programs
• Conducting performance evaluations of employees who may need additional training on their job functions

المهارات

• An associate degree or two-year diploma in Chemical or Petroleum (Preferably a bachelor degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering)
• With ELTS: 6.0
