We're looking for two Lifeguards for one of the best gyms in Riyadh .

Responsibilities:

▪ Support the development and delivery of Aquatic classes and Water Safety

▪ Assist members in reaching individual goals

▪ Assisting members in all aspects of the centre

▪ Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the organization

▪ Ensure the safety of clients during every session

▪ Conduct an initial induction with new clients

▪ Teach classes that you are trained to teach

▪ Cover classes if other instructors are off work

▪ Motivate clients

▪ Always be willing to assist in other tasks

▪ Check the water clarity and chemicals before opening the pool

▪ Ensure equipment is in working order

▪ Continually self improve through education and courses

▪ Bring creativity and new ideas to the team

▪ Always represent the GYM in a highly professional way, even when off duty

▪ Participate in events and outreach to promote the brands

Requirements:

▪ Up-to-date, internationally-recognized Lifeguard qualifications relevant to the role

▪ Computer literate

▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Professional appearance

▪ Focus on client satisfaction

▪ Outstanding customer service

▪ Lifeguards must have active lifeguarding certificates and CPR courses.
