Responsibilities for designing of equipment based on guide lines and inputs communicated by Sr.Project Engineer Major responsibilities include
· Study RFQ allotted by project coordinator evaluate technical specifications, design, preplan MTO and estimation summary.
· Evaluate technical specifications for jobs allotted by Sr.Project Engineer and carryout design in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
· Prepare design reports; provide design output data for preparation of drawings and material requisitions.
· Check fabrication drawings to ensure compliance with codes, client specifications and YSC standards.
· Assist project engineer in preparation of CSWR, resolving design/material issues and attending to any other engineering issues.
· Carryout technical evaluation of offers received against MR.
· Coordinate with Production Superintendent, QC Supervisor and project Coordinator to verify changes in designs/drawings on account of fabrication requirements and Incorporate the necessary changes.
· Prepare manufacturer’s data reports.
المهارات
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
Minimum education: Graduate Degree in Engineering in mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering.
Training: In the field of design of relevant equipments.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Specific job & Skill: Relevant international construction and design codes, CAD and design software
Personality: Must be self driven and result oriented with attention to detail
Management ability: must be able to coordinate with various department.
- Aramco experience is a must
- SAMSS knowledge for Division 1 Pressure Vessels is a must
- Division 2 knowledge is highly proffered
- ASME standard knowledge highly required
