– Daily Follow up on Contractors
– Evaluate the contractor performance
– Assure good coordination between Civil and Electro-Mechanical works
– Assure Contractor abiding by the submitted timeframe
– Assure full coordination between concerned parties to meet deadlines
– Prioritize tasks and take immediate actions
– Deliver High quality Finishes

المهارات
Years of Experience:
– 3 to 6 years of construction site management and supervision
Qualification requirements:
– Civil Engineer bachelor's degree
– Good Knowledge in method of construction and materials
– Qatar Driving License is a must
– Knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
– Knowledge in B.O.Q. and quantity evaluation once project completed
– Knowledge in Microsoft office
– Previous Experience with F&B projects is a plus
