WonderTree is looking for a business development executive for its UAE office.
About the role
As a business development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities confidently establishing new client relationships, and developing and maintaining them. You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies to meet monthly performance targets and goals.

About us
WonderTree is an Ed-tech startup that designs and develops interactive games based on Augmented Reality for special and rehabilitation needs. We design games to enhance educational programs, make them therapeutic while being enjoyable, accessible and effective at the same time.
Each game is customized according to a player's skill/needs and features a reporting system to monitor their progress in terms of cognitive and/or motor skills' development. Each game is developed with psychological research to record certain metrics such as attention span, hand-eye coordination, muscular movement etc with the help of technology. The metrics may be analyzed for tracking performance and decide future courses of action in education, therapy and/or rehabilitation.

What are we looking for?
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Familiarity with online marketing and lead generation techniques
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to use CRMs, spreadsheets and data analysis tools to track and report on sales activities and results
- Experience working in the E-Learning services industry in UAE and familiarity with the Ed-tech ecosystem
