الوصف الوظيفي
- Take active role in building, developing, and leading the SAP Application team.
- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing SAP Applications.
- Ensure all SAP application services is available within the agreed IT services levels.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of the SAP applications & product architecture roadmap according to IT vision derived by company business roadmap.
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services.
- Working closely with SAP Application Partners and other Application vendors to maintain agreed IT application vision and targets.
- Do reporting for activities and application incidents according to SAP standard reporting.
- Do management/ technical reporting to direct manager (Applications Section Manager) or other up level managers such as IT Director/Manager.
- Work closely with the Operations & Maintenance team/ Mobile Applications unit Manager other IT Department units and section to align activities and best practice
- Work with business users to understand requirements.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Computer Science graduate and Master of Science will be an addition but not a must.
- Not less than 5 years demonstrated expertise in the same field and managerial level.
- SD / MM Consultancy experience preferred.
- Results oriented and customer focused
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and Arabic
