الوصف الوظيفي

  1. Take active role in analyzing, problem solving and assisting Mobile Application Unit Manager.
  2. Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing incidents / Problems for mobile Applications and its integration with other Applications.
  3. Ensure all Mobile Applications (MIRA, SHELVS / Tracking and other Mobile applications) services are available within the agreed IT services levels.
  4. Implements changes needed in the Mobile Applications providing support necessary for continuous smooth operation and improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance with organizational / Department policies, Procedures and quality standards in the Mobile Application Unit.
  6. Responsible for the resolving and deliver fixes the Mobil Applications according to IT department policy and procedures.
  7. Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services related to Mobile Applications.
  8. Working closely with Mobile Application Unit Manager and Partners and other Application vendors to maintain agreed IT application objectives and targets.
  9. Do reporting for activities and application incidents for Mobile Applications Unit Manager.
  10. Work closely with the Operations & Maintenance Manager/ Network & Communications Manager / Applications Section Manager /IT Head / Director to align activities and best practice
  11. Work with business/ Process owners to understand requirements
  12. Find ways to innovate naval ways to improve the customer experience and maintains unit testing for changes in all the Mobile Applications.
  13. Provide level of support needed (2nd, 3rd, ..etc.) / Problem Management for Mobile Application Unit to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Provide enough contribution (scenario testing/ work flow testing/ Business Process analysis) to Projects assigned by IT PMO / IT Director / Head.
  15. Maintain and support physical count for mobile devices and IT Assets related to Mobile Application unit every quarter.
  16. Negotiate with external vendors to secure best service options for KABLI Companies related to Mobile Applications according to Applications Section Manager / IT HEAD/ Director directions for KABLI and its clients based on their requirements, if needed.
  17. Ensures the Training (IT staff under Mobile App. Unit or other employees)/ RCA logs/ process Analysis/ Support documentation related to Mobile Applications Unit.
  18. Do Business / Technical Reporting to Mobile Applications unit Manager as a direct Manager or other top line Managers in demands.
  19. Work with other departments to satisfy their daily needs to overcome any IT incidents they have.
  20. Execute any needed tasks related to IT provided by Applications Section Manager /IT Head/ Director in order to enhance work / IT Service Output.

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • Computer Science graduate or related field.
  • Prefer not less than 2 years demonstrated expertise in the same field in such systems like SalesBuz, MIRA, SHELVS and other similar systems.
  • Results oriented and customer focused
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • SQL/ DEBASE / ORACLE DTABASE and integration certifications
  • English / Arabic language are important.
