الوصف الوظيفي
- Control day to day works in Call Center,
- Ability to follow up and control daily issued materials.
- Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between agents and customers.
- Should follow up daily activities with the group.
- Modify scopes of work for mechanical designs (HVAC/Utilities) based on preliminary review.
- Assist with the preparation of engineering studies and schematic designs for new HVAC/Utilities systems and analyze the operation of existing systems.
- Make calculations using engineering formulas and skills for design such as heating and cooling loads, equipment sizing, etc.

المهارات
- Bachelor of Mechanical Degree
- Must be approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers.
- Minimum experience must be 10 years in Kuwait in HVAC installation & maintenance.
- Fluent in English – Speaking, Writing & Reading
- Must handle PC, Call Center software, Excel & Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to details and multi-tasking ability
- Tactful and with high regard to confidentiality
- Should manage after Sales & Commissioning work
