الوصف الوظيفي
– Analyze user data in terms of activity and loss rate.
– Take appropriate actions based on the results of data analysis.
– Proactive communication with users to find out the reasons for their loss or lack of activity.
– Developing good and long-term relationships with users and gaining their trust.
– Gathering user suggestions and opinions and converting them into reliable data to improve the platform.
المهارات
– Good knowledge of the stock market with actual experience of 2.Trading in the stock market.
– At least one year of experience in customer service.
– Experience in independent data analysis.
– Good levels in Arabic and English. Need to have certification (CME-1)
