الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Preparing the yearly and monthly purchasing forecast according to sales forecast.
- Coordinate with finance and warehouse for the daily work.
- Negotiate on behalf of the organization and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Making a quarter evaluation for the prices of the raw materials.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Track the incoming shipments and coordinate with Finance, Warehouses, and clearance agents.
- Analyzing data to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs for both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Developing and managing budgets for logistics operations for both inbound and outbound logistics
المهارات
- Deep knowledge of inventory, logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge about the importation process, SFDA requirements and customs clearance.
