Job Title: Commercial Director
Job Location: Qatar
Reporting: General Manager
Strategy
- Work with the Board to set and implement the overall strategy for Qatar Business. This includes facilitating discussion on major business investments, financial dealings and overall organizational development – business and distribution operations.
- Partnerships and Representation
- Partners: build effective partnerships with International suppliers of Qatar ensuring existing business relationships are maintained and stronger, meaningful ones are created.
Operations
- Organization: plan, develop, direct, control and evaluate all company activities via competent management and Sales/Marketing team with a view to achieve business turnover and profitability
- Management: continue to strengthen the business divisions of Qatar and ensure they work in synergy; ensure that infrastructure, systems and processes necessary are in place to adequately support all business operations.
- Planning: help ensure timely formulation and effective delivery of plans and operational efficiency while retaining the ability to respond to industry and economic events.
- People: manage and develop talent to ensure a competent workforce is in place and inspire performance driven work culture of transparency, accountability and commitment to the company’s mission and goals.
Communication
- Consistently maintaining at periodic levels, an effective style of communication Senior management and the staff ensuring horizontal and vertical dissemination and understanding of company goals and objectives

Experience & Qualifications:
- We are looking for candidates from FMCG / Food Services / Food Distribution companies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
- Arab Speaking
- Need candidates currently in Qatar
Salary: AED 25,000 AED 30,000 / Month
