JOB PURPOSE

To support the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential risks and ongoing/intermittent reviews to ensure any irregularities or anomalies are reported to management and the division operates within the banks policies, procedures and guidelines

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Risk Management:

Support the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential risks to ensure portfolio health, quality and alignment with anti-money laundering and ‘know your customer’ (KYC) policies

Support ongoing reviews of ‘increased risk’ client-take on documentation from a due diligence perspective to ensure any irregularities or anomalies related to money laundering/sanctions are reported to line management

Quality Analysis:

Support intermittent reviews to ensure relationship managers understand and are adhering to the compliance requirements that affect their roles and any anomalies are reported to line management

Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures

Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Self-Management:

Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance

Customer Service:

Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

المهارات

Minimum Experience

At least 3 years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking, with experience of process, ‘know your customer’ (KYC) and compliance related matters

Knowledge and Skills

Analytical, negotiation, decision-making, influencing and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint)

Written and spoken English
