About the Client:
A Dubai based Trading company, highly trusted in the industry for Air-Condition, Refrigeration & Spare Parts trading.
Job Description:
Lead the development of short and long-term marketing strategies to achieve commercial annual plan.
Create and execute promotional plans, policies, and procedures.
Evaluate on a regular basis the effectiveness and the efficiency of sales and marketing strategy in
responding to market variables and customer needs.
Manage branding and prepare a plan for promoting company through available means e.g., advertisement, social media, participate in exhibitions, etc.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.

Qualifications:
45 y/o years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Refrigeration industry
