What will you do in this position?
To provide specialized support functions and/or supervise staff performing standard logistics/supply chain processes and activities to enable effective delivery of goods and services for all delivery modalities
How can you make a difference?
1. Provide support to logistics operations and activities, following standard processes and facilitating, directly or indirectly, the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries.
2. Ensuring accurate and updated invoice tracking reports and registry. (Both Excel and Corporate Invoice Tracking System).
3. Update the Invoice tracking and report to management on invoice age analysis, outstanding payments, and other reports on vendor accounts. Ensure information accuracy in corporate systems in support of informed decision-making.
4. Verify invoices and supporting documents received from vendors in the local language.
5. Coordinate with the Logs Cluster to ensure confirmation of services delivered is received.
6. Work in close collaboration with Vendors (Transport & Services) to resolve all queries related to invoice verification.
7. Monitor and ensure vendors submit invoices to the central Finance registry & which is reflected in ITS.
8. Respond to technical queries/requests for support, following standard processes, and obtaining guidance as required, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of all inquiries with a high standard of a client service mindset.
9. Prepare account analysis & reconciliations when required.
10. Liaising with the finance unit on invoice payments and answering queries.
11. Prepare reports on Invoice tracking, invoice age analysis, outstanding payments, and other reports on vendor accounts and ensure information accuracy in corporate systems in support of informed decision-making.
12. Support management of logistics vendors’ contracting activities, including performance monitoring and measurement, online filing, and documentation

Education: Secondary school education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a field related to finance/accounting.
Experience: At least five years of progressively responsible experience in creditors and /or management accounting with account analysis.
Language: Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Ukraine.
