Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.

Our client is looking for Junior Graphic Designer with passion for visual arts, with strong creative abilities and with an in-depth knowledge of Graphic-design equipment, tools, and techniques.
- Develop and implement positive promotional branding campaigns;
- Create and maintain new marketing collateral and give creative input on marketing/branding concepts;
- Coordinate and create monthly reports/graphs to display marketing and business data to identify trends;
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts;
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop or any design tools;
- Social Media Design: handling all posts and all designs for future posts;
- Printing Services: handling designs and communication with the printing company;
- Social Media Posting: Posting the designs as planned with targeted hashtags and descriptions;
- Creative Ideas and Designs: thinking with the marketing team to come up with new ideas and execute them.

You are a dedicated Graphic Designer with excellent knowledge that combines insights and creativity to develop design-driven solutions for marketing materials, publications, digital elements, collateral materials, advertisements and more for both internal and external audiences. You will use graphic design and creative skills to help promote the visibility, brand consistency, and recognition of the business.
skills & competencies:
- Ability to understand marketing/creative briefs and translate them into visual solutions;
- Ability to present concepts to larger marketing team or other departments within the organization and clearly communicate reasoning behind design choices and how it relates to the creative brief;
- Ability to understand research and/or data as it relates to creative design and how to best design for different audiences;
- Excellent communication skills, both English and Arabic;
- Time management skills;
- Competencies in all standard graphics software: must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
education & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Higher Diploma or any related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
