Our client is a global market leader within the engineering sector. . As a Delivery Operations Development Manager, you will oversee delivery operations in the Middle East region to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality and profitable execution of projects in large scale construction projects.
You will drive operational excellence by pulling business data, analyzing current performance and KPIs, providing input for prioritization and road mapping of development initiatives, ensuring compliance and drive impactful business change.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate sound financial management and resource utilization and the ability to forecast accurately. Demonstrate the ability to convert analysis into concrete improvement actions.
