الوصف الوظيفي

  • Preparing a work plan and scheduling the distribution of tasks and weekly working hours for patient services departments staff and following up and monitoring its implementation.
  • Preparing the weekly clinics/OR schedules for consultants, specialists and optometrists, reviewing, approving, and circulating it to all departments, and programming it into the Clinic appointment system, and opening and closing clinics on the system after baptizing them through the requests received from the clinics.
  • Follow-up and control of patients' appointments, and procedure of Registering them in the system, and the process of distributing them among doctors.
  • Follow up the work tasks of the admission office and OR, and the daily operations schedule.
  • Follow up the workflow related to clinics and OR appointments according to the schedules and method of work shown in the work policies and procedures booklet.
  • Follow up the cashier’s work, monitor the billing and the daily revenue generated from clinics and OR, and the financial Refunds and initial approve them.
  • Evaluating and following up of the patient services departments staff (administrators, medical staff) work performance and ensuring job satisfaction, which is reflected in patient satisfaction.
  • Preparing and reviewing the center's monthly statistics regarding the number of patients, operations and financial incomes, studying and analyzing them
  • Preparing and reviewing the statistics and performance of the marketing work.
  • Periodic meeting (weekly, monthly, annual) with the officials of its administrative units, discussing their workflow and issuing appropriate directives and instructions.
