Chemical engineer (Chemical Lab)

A chemical engineer designs and develops the processes that make a diverse range of products.

Their work focuses on changing the chemical, biochemical and physical state of a substance to turn it into something else.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Testing new processes.
• Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications.
• Overseeing the construction of new plants.
• Using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods.

المهارات

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or any related field.
• Maths and science skills, particularly chemistry.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Planning and organizational ability.Excellent IT skills.
