Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In)Contribute to the definition and implementation of the local Marketing PlanHire, train and coach the sales team to ensure the right level of skills and competences on products, processes and systems completing the sales organization in line with the market potential of the own segmentExecute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate and provide a reliable ForecastGuarantee a systematic use of the CRM to have a clean, update and complete database such as marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leadsLead the sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Cultural modelGuarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market
Requirements
8+ years experience in a similar role in information technology (IT) companies and/or durable goods, services and solutions for premium organizations, or similar industries5+ years of experience in the relevant business area / sales segment Master's DegreePrevious experience with Premium/Luxury products, solutions Selling valuePrevious work experience in Complex organisationFluent in EnglishSales Network management and organizationCRM managementConsultative selling approach, sales techniques, communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers with high degree of empathy
