Essential Responsibilities

• Designing pool and fountain MEP projects for consultants
• Meeting and coordinating with consultants/architects regularly
• Supervising drafting team and ensuring timely and quality designs
• Supervising construction projects whenever necessary

Qualifications/Requirements

• Senior pool and fountain MEP consultant/designer working in a pool/fountain company/dept. with extensive experience in designs for consultants/architects (Note: This said design is not the contractor design during the execution phase)
• Minimum total of 15 years (ideally 20-25 years+) of experience in electromechanical design or construction of pools & fountains for construction projects at a specialized pool & fountain company/consultancy.
• Experience must be in doing paid designs for consultant/architect
• Clients (consultants/architects) must ideally be international/regional
• Candidate be the senior point of contact for consultants/architects
• Must have completed the electromechanical design for at least 20 hotels and complex pool/water feature projects for construction projects
• Ability to handle very intense technical meetings with consultants/architects single-handedly
• High fluency in English, written and spoken
• Good computer literacy
• Availability: Anytime
