الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage Recruitment (Onboarding) new hires (Local and Overseas), Acquisition and Offboarding line with Labor Law and Company Policies
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and implementation as per the Laws and Company Policies
- Handle all the HR and Administration issues related to Saudization, Labor Office, HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa etc. (all Government relations)
- Prepare and implement the required Manpower and Budget as per approval
- Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals and provide feedback
- Handle Employee Training and Development
- Administer and Manage Payrolls and benefits for employees
- Smooth running of HR information system
- Timely update of HR and Administration Policies in line with Saudi Labor Law
- Submit monthly and yearly reports to Higher Management as required
- Other Jobs as assigned by General Manager

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources Management in Restaurant Business Company with 300 plus employees
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
