Responsibilities
•Collect and filter data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information required for reporting
•Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to discover useful information, informing conclusions and support decision making
•Extract information from existing data sets to determine patterns and predict future outcome
•Prepare analytical reports that present complex data information in an understandable way
•Interpret large amounts of data and develop actionable insights / recommendations.
•Create and present reports as per requested data requirements
•Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in service team
