Chef De Partie

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds; maintaining consistency in preparation and presentation.
• Oversee a section of the kitchen on shift – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste.
• Maintain hygienic standards and practices and ensure strict HACCP compliance.
• Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed.
• Support the training of junior kitchen colleagues.
• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player.

What We need from you:

• The successful candidate will be an existing Chef de Partie or outstanding Demi Chef, ideally in a property with multiple Restaurant/Bar venues.
• The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling.
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
