يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلا على البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية ولديه خبرة في مجال العمل لا تقل عن (10 أعوام).
خبرات عملية ما لا يقل عن (3) أعوام مع شركات معروفه عالميا.
العمل في مجال التعامل مع نظام العقود الحكومية بالمملكة ضمن مراحل ماقبل وبعد الترسية.
امتلاك المعرفة الكافية بجميع أنواع الإتفاقيات والعقود.
