Supply Chain Officer
We are looking to add another member to our supply chain team that is in charge of purchasing, procurement, shipping and logistics and all IT solutions related to these functions.
Duties include:
Continuously improve operations, streamline work processes to create quality, reliable, timely and cost-effective supply chains encompassing purchasing, order processing, shipping and delivery.
Standardize operations procedures and document new and old SOPs.
Utilize available IT business solutions and adapt them to improved work processes, and deploy new ones to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor ongoing transactions in the company’s ERP system, and provide systematic quality assurance to data entered.
Qualifications needed:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong working knowledge with spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience working and Customizing with ERP systems.
- Experience in python Programming.
- Passion and enthusiasm for books and literacy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Team player and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in publishing and/or educational sales is a plus.
