Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business strategies.

2. Manage and solve conflicts with clients.

3. Build and maintain strong, long –lasting customer relationships.

4. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members

in other departments working on the same account.

5. Designing marketing strategies and media proposals for product or service.

6.Acting as the first point of contact for company clients.

7.Collect payments from his accounts on time.

8.Feeding future buying trends back to employers.

9.Organizing and preform sales visits and demonstrating and presenting products.

10.Selling software and services for existing customers and new customers.

11.Acting as contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

12.Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

13.Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

14.Update and maintain CRM.

15.Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client.

16.Negotiate contracts and close agreements with maximize profit.

17.Create and distribute customer surveys.

18.Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.

19.Creating detailed proposal documents, presentation and marketing materials.

20. Meeting sales target.

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

2. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience must be in IT companies with proven experience in completing mid-term projects.

4. Ability to manage complex projects and multitasks.

5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

6. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

7. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

8. Good technical knowledge in web development.

9. Excellent organizational skills.
