One of the leading banks in the UAE is actively recruiting for a Premier Product Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

Engage, build, and manage relationships with stake holder and meet expectations ensure delivery of product marketing initiatives in line with business and marketing strategies to help develop growth.
Improve existing processes, practices, and communications with the objective to minimise customer inquiries and improve customer’s product experience.
Manage assigned retail banking products.
Responsible for marketability and profitability of products.
Recommends strategies and goals for the pricing of products.

المهارات

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing product/ brand in banking industry, ideally in the UAE
Strong knowledge in Retail Banking products & services and customer services
Should have global market intelligence, and knowledge of competitors’ products/services in local banking
Proven experience in marketing or brand management is an added advantage
Informed of the market structure, industry practices and any regulations
Preferably previous experience in Customer Service Management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
Result driven, hands on, dynamic with ability to work under sales-oriented environment in banking.
