§ SAP Applications access and authorization management.

§ Good Knowledge in supporting local and global project implementation for SAP Applications security and GRC Access Control (AC).

§ Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to his direct manager or end user to facilitate timely resolution
-
§ Perform L1 to L2 support for all SAP Applications Security and GRC AC and escalate to higher team support level when needed.

§ Support external, internal audits and compliance activities.

§ Plan and executes unit and acceptance testing

§ Participate in designing and document security administration policies and procedures for the production environment.

§ Execute project activities according to project plan and Hikma’s quality standards

§ Analyze the issues related to SAP Security & GRC AC reported by business users through incident tickets and resolve the issues as per the defined SLAs

§ Perform Root Cause Analysis of problem tickets and identify opportunities for value enhancement and provide solution

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS – Please ensure that the minimum requirements are the ones essential for undertaking the role:
QUALIFICATIONS

§ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
-
§ Minimum: 1+ Experience in SAP system security and SAP GRC
1+ experience in IT application support and configuration
SKILLS
-
§ Knowledge of SAP Security, User Authorization and Administration.

§ Hands-on experience on GRC AC modules
-
§ Knowledge for GRC tools related to access controls and monitoring.

§ Knowledge of ERP security concepts, including design best practices and appropriate methodologies.

§ Good understanding of GRC Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts. generating User and role level SOD reports.

§ Ability to identify problems, collect data, establishes facts, perform root cause analysis, and remediate problems.
