الوصف الوظيفي
- Handling entire accounting cycle including payroll, purchases, inventory, payments, sales, receivables, collections and other recording day to day transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices and posted sales and purchases
- Responsible for general ledger and reconciliations on month-end and year-end basis.
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Invoice checking and bill passing
- Issuance of purchase orders, debit notes and credit notes
- Estimation of working capital requirements and cash follow statements.
- Responsible for general ledger and reconciliations on month-end and year-end basis.
- Supervise and assist the cost control team and inventory systems officer.
- Ensure all internal Control procedures are followed.
- Make sure all international payments are on time.
- Quarterly Closing and Year end closing
- Zakat and Vat Return Filing.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
المهارات
- Minimum of 7 years experience as an accountant
- Holds a bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Excelling level of English and Arabic is a must.
- Professional user of accounting softwares: Preferably SMACC
- Computer knowledge of MS office.
