Our client is a Telecom Company in UAE. They are now looking for a IP Core Network Engineer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible of Major Node Modernization within Etisalat IP Core network.
• Responsible of IP Network Design & Optimization within Etisalat IP Core network
• Engage with vendor & test all new features within Etisalat Lab before implementing on Etisalat IP Core Live network.
• Build automation use cases and network intelligence architecture/design
• Capacity planning for IP Core Network vs forecast / traffic trends
• Build IP design with vendors for required changes & optimization in IP core network
• Perform capacity planning for IP core network vs forecast & previous traffic trends
• Preparation & Lab testing for design changes with existing network nodes to prepare for migrations
• Monitor & Analyze network performance KPIs and advise on required enhancements
• Build configuration MOPs with vendors for pilot implementation of design changes & upgrade
• Discuss with operations & service design teams for migration projects and prepare the required checks before & after migration
• Implementation of pilot sites migration with no service impact
• Assure smooth implementation of network modernization within scheduled project period
• Optimize current deployed IP designs to reduce resources utilization & improve efficiency
• Study Industry trends in Automation and Intelligence with vendors
• Build automation and network intelligence architecture including all necessary integrations with different systems in Etisalat
