Job Description

Preparing a short-term (6 months) and long-term (more than a year) development plan, explaining the department's goals and aspirations and the steps of development work with quality and efficiency. Responsible for implementing the applicable regulations, systems and policies in relation to the operating

Follow up the training of workers and training dates and analyze the results of training and the return therefrom. – Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of the work for each department, and monitoring the consumer and the damaged and executing them according to the followed system. Responsible for controlling costs, quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, working to increase profitability, monitoring local competitors and their operations, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management. Responsible for the lack of revenue due to the unavailability of raw materials required for operation.
