الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts ward rounds on a regular basis.
- Resolves all pharmaceutical problems emanating from ward rounds.
- Monitors prescription and medication errors for In-patients.
- Supervises the correction for all prescription and dispensing errors and take appropriate actions to prevent such occurrences in the futures.
- Formulates standard operating policies and procedures for Clinical Pharmacy practice.
- Generates relevant reports on a weekly or monthly basis as necessary.
- Reports any urgent matters to Pharmacy Director and offer possible solutions.
- Ensures that new Staff receives proper orientation concerning policies & procedures on Clinical Pharmacy practice.
- Participates in relevant Hospital Committees such as Nutritional Support Committee, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Antibiotic Review Committee and any other Committee as and when required.
- Performs other duties within the realm of his qualifications and experience as directed by Pharmacy Director.
