Our client a startup in the event management and corporate team building space are looking to bring on board an events executive to join their office in Dubai
The Event Executive’s KPI is to organize and oversee that the events are perfectly planned and executed so as to deliver a successful event which is appreciated by participants & stakeholders (Clients, partners and vendors) while meeting all deliverables and time constraints. You will also be a key part of testing new concepts and working towards launching and commercializing those concepts.
Responsibilities
Operations – 80% •
Event Planning – Create the task list for successful planning of the event from start to finish. Creating, managing and overseeing tasks, budgets and timelines for each project in order to successfully execute it.
• Project Management and Coordination – Execute the event plan successfully ensuring all deliverables are met. Step up to resolve any problems that might occur. o Task management – Responsible for allotting and getting all tasks executed as per the event plan. o Liaise with teams (internal and external) for various tasks, documentation, permissions, design, collateral, venues, props, external staff recruitment & training and logistics. o Managing quality control, timelines and staff training. o Budget Management – Manage resources and budgets for each event. o Analyze the event’s success, key learnings and prepare closeout reports for client when needed.
• Client Liaising – Liaise on updates, deliverables, requirements and queries.
• Identify and build relation with key vendors and partners.
• Continuously improve internal systems and processes for better time and quality management. Conceptualization – 20%
• Assist or lead new concept creation, designing, testing and launching new activities. • Sourcing and building new location and activity partnerships based on the concepts.
