Cluster Shop Manager – Retail Fashion /Footwear/Accessories
- Drive sales targets from respective stores regularly reporting.
- Drive strategic initiatives, training for stores productivity.
- Taking work from managers sales staff.

المهارات
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Able to train staff and volunteers in retail skills
- Ability to delegate
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Proven work experience as a cluster manager in premium Retail industry.
- People Management Skills Should have handled a minimum 3 to 15 Retail store / specific region with at least team handling capacity of more than 30 people
- Must be well organized in planning calendar for store visits.
- Should be ready to travel for more than 15 to 20 days a month at the respective cluster locations.
- Ability to drive sales target from respective stores regularly reporting.
- Ability to Drive strategic initiatives, training for stores productivity.
- Must have leadership quality for taking work from managers sales staff.
- Must have a proven track record in B2B Retail.
- Experience in recruitment and staff training
- Must have an understanding of excel data and experience in preparing the same
