الوصف الوظيفي
- First point of contact for all guests, to meet and greet all guests entering the bar.
- To provide the highest standard of service with confidence, being always professional and exceeding customer expectation.
- Administration Duties
- Take and record bookings via telephone/mail and deal promptly with all enquiries related to the KTV bar.
- Keep up to date and accurate all bookings in the database system and follow up any guest special request and pass it to the right person.
- Financial and Revenue Duties
- To make sure that every order is charged correctly onto the correct VIP room
- General Duties – To be fully conversant with:
- Hotel fire procedure
- Hotel and KTV bar security procedure

- With pleasing personality
- Below 35 years old
- At least 2 years of work experience in a 5-star hotel/luxury nightclub as a receptionist
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (preferably)
- Familiar with hospitality/F&B booking software
- Adaptability
- Customer service
- Oral communication
- Planning, problem solving, and teamwork
- Self-motivated
- High energy Level
