COST CONTROLLER
Position Title: Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh,KSA
About the Client:
A chain of standalone café restaurants based in Riyadh, KSA
Job Description:
- Responsible to control the Food & Beverage Cost in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Check and verify voids , discounts, complimentary sales, staff meals in the POS system, happy hour discounts and all settlements.
- Daily import of POS Sales to Odoo ERP System to check daily revenue and tally all by end of shift.
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
- Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B
Qualifications:
- 38 years old
- At least 4 years’ experience in the same role from F&B/Hospitality industry
- Must have experience with accounting system, POS System, and cost and inventory systems i.e., Odoo & foodics is an advantage
- Should have a valid Driver's license
