Bring in new revenue and develop new business opportunities
· Research and analyze potential prospects
· Lead the complete customer cycle from customer acquisition to implementation support and account management (stakeholder management, upselling and solution development)
· To be directly responsible for achievement of BD targets related to bringing new business
· To agree and set annual Sales Targets along with Business Head
· To ensure all sales opportunities and customer meetings are recorded for future reference
· Identify and share BD opportunities that may support product development.
· Representing the company externally e.g. at Social Media channels (LinkedIn), networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities.
· Data Analysis and KPI monitoring of all data related to successful or unsuccessful business opportunities
· Lead new tenders, provide technical expertise, coordinate with concerned departments to deliver customized value proposition addressing customer needs.
· Work closely with the Sales Head on pricing proposals
المهارات
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent, preferred courses in logistics management
- Minimum 3 years experience in BD in Logistics (Last Mile Delivery) is essential
- Proven success record in customer acquisition, selling and stakeholder management is essential.
- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. English is essential, Arabic is preferred
- Should have sound skills on MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
