المسمى الوظيفي : مساعد أول للموارد البشرية

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

المؤهل التعليمي: يجب ان يكون المتقدم حاصل على شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها.
يفضل ان يكون مساعد الاول لإدارة الموارد البشرية حاصل على درجة جامعية في الموارد البشرية أو الأعمال أو الإدارة العامة.
يشترط ان يمتلك خبرة كافية في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو الخدمات الإدارية أو المجالات ذات الصلة
يجب ان يتمتع المتقدم لمنصب مجير موارد بشرية بخبرة في عملية تعيين الموظفين وإدارة استحقاقات الموظفين.
يشترط ان يكون يتقن اللغة الانجليزية
يفضل ان يتقن اللغة العربية
